Speaking Circles will help you:

Developed by Lee Glickstein, Speaking Circles,  are a small suportive group where participants practice a simple, natural method of inviting connection with ones listeners called "relational presence." Unlike public speaking or presentation skills programs, Speaking Circles does not focus on polishing performance techniques or content. Rather, we focus on creating an exquisite listening environment as well as finding and developing your natural, authentice voice and presence.
